This was painted in summer 2014 on site at the Fraser Gallery.  It is a true plein air piece, and the original watercolor was sold to the parents of one of the people who owned a pair of the skis.  The Fraser Ski Fence is always a fine subject, surrounded with all the good vibes of joyful winters spent skiing in Winter Park and Mary Jane.  This is my playground in the summer, and I’m grateful to find time to really spend looking at and concentrating on this lovely garden.
